However, there may be times that you may wish to return or exchange a particular item. We offer a hassle free return or exchange policy to all our customers.
Of course, we will always replace any item that arrives to your home that is defective. The same applies if you receive an item that is not what you ordered or arrived in damaged condition.There is a procedure for arranging a return or exchange.

- You must contact a Décor Island customer service representative and obtain a valid RMA or RGA Number. (Return Merchandise Authorization or Return Goods Authorization)

- You will be given the address of the warehouse where the item you're returning should be shipped to.
- You will be given instructions on how to ship.
- Your item will be refunded or exchanged as per our full return policy terms and conditions.
