ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY:
Your receipt of an item(s) or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Décor Island LLC reserves the right to limit quantity on any and all products. We may contact you regarding adjustments to your order, including but not limited to tax, shipping and/or handling fees. If any adjustments are made to your order you will be informed via an email prior to us billing you. The charges at checkout may not be final, pricing and availability is subject to change without notice. Décor Island LLC reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

ORDER PROCESSING/ VERIFICATION PROCEDURES:
All orders are generally processed upon receipt. All items which are in stock normally ship within 3-5 business days from when the order has been processed. Our website may not reflect real-time inventory, so not all “available” products are on hand for immediate rush delivery. Customers placing overnight and rush delivery orders should contact our sales department in order to confirm that we are able to meet your time constraints. Due to verification processes we are required to ship to the address where you receive your monthly credit card statements. If the address to which your order is being shipped differs from your billing address (the address to which your monthly credit card statements are sent), please use the toll free number on the front or back of your card to contact your credit card company and create an “alternate shipping address”, which is simply a note on your account authorizing purchases that are delivered to a destination other than your billing address. Failure to do so may considerably delay the processing of your order.
Acceptable payment methods are: All major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club), C.O.D. (we may require a credit card deposit), Government and Institutional purchase orders, money orders, certified check, personal check, bank checks and wire transfer. Personal checks, Money orders and Bank checks may be held for up to 3 weeks. Orders placed with an international credit card or orders placed with a U.S. credit card being shipped abroad may not be accepted due to verification issues.
In the event that we cannot verify your billing information we may require you to wire transfer payment prior to us shipping the products. At times we may request a fax with a copy of your drivers’ license and front and back of the credit card being used.
SALES TAX / INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Décor Island LLC shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the state of New York. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.
International orders may be subject to local import fees, customs, duty, or additional taxes in the country of destination. Décor Island LLC is not responsible for, nor can offer any specific advice on import fees, duty, customs, or taxes that you may have to pay when your merchandise arrives. Décor Island LLC recommends that you contact your customs import office for more information about potential charges.
Décor Island LLC is not responsible for any taxes, duty, customs fees or shipping charges on any item being returned.
DELIVERY AND LEAD TIMES:
All orders have a lead time of approximately 5-10 days depending on type of order. Customer Service will advise the customer as to the exact lead time for a specific order.
If you require products delivered by a certain date, please call Customer Service to verify your product availability. Some products that can be order online may not be in stock.
We do not guarantee at any time a certain delivery date or time frame for delivery for any product or order. Any listed time for a shipping method is an estimate only. For orders with deadlines please order well in advance.
We are not responsible for lost, misplaced, or delayed shipments or damaged freight by the freight carriers.
Lead times are approximate. We will do our best to meet lead times, although factors outside our control make it impossible for us to guarantee any specific due date. Cancellations are not accepted on the basis of an overdue lead time.
SHIPPING FEES AND POLICIES:
For orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii And Puerto Rico please select two day air or overnight delivery, as these orders cannot be shipped via ground delivery. For orders shipping to P.O. boxes and APO’S please select the U.S.P.S. standard or priority as these orders cannot be shipped via FedEx or UPS. If you do not select an appropriate shipping method, your order will be adjusted accordingly to the proper shipping method and rate.
Décor Island LLC will always make every attempt possible to deliver product (s) ordered on time.Décor Island LLC is not responsible for any delays that may be caused by affiliated shipping carriers.Décor Island LLC bears no responsibility for delays as a result of: Weather storms, Employee Strikes or any other complications Caused on behalf of our affiliated shipping carriers. Please note that the selected shipping method is only guaranteed from the date of shipment.
We accept returns up to 30 days from the day you receive your merchandise. Wrong products received or damaged merchandise should be notified within 72 hours. All returns must be shipped in its original packaging and materials to the address provided by customer service with a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA) on the outside of the shipping box that you are shipping it in. Packages will not be accepted otherwise. Returns must be shipped by a trackable carrier. Full insurance on the package is recommended for your protection. All Returns are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. Refused shipments are subject to an additional handling fee.Please allow up to 30 days to receive your credit.
To return an item, go to http://www.decorisland.com/support/. Send us your name, order number and reason for return along with a reliable contact phone number within 30 days of original receipt date. Customer Service will contact you within 7 business days with a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address where the merchandise will be sent to. Credit will be given once the return has been processed.
Damaged merchandise exchange: Customers should inspect all packages upon receipt. If merchandise received from a UPS or FedEx package is damaged, Customer Service should be notified within 72 hours from the day merchandise is received. Merchandise received from a trucking company that is visibly damaged upon delivery should be mentioned to the driver and noted on the bill of lading (the paperwork the trucking company makes you sign when you receive the package). Customer Service should then be notified within 72 hours. Décor island LLC does not accept responsibility for damaged merchandise that is not reported after 72 hours. To report any problems with your merchandise please use the online form, email firstname.lastname@example.org, or call us at 1-800-440-5919, Option 2. The trucking company will not legally be responsible for damages not reported within 72 hours and Décor Island will not be responsible for damages caused by shipping or trucking. Please protect yourself by inspecting your merchandise right away.
Upon contacting Customer Service, you will be given an RGA and shipping address where the merchandise will be sent. This may take up to 7 days. Merchandise should then be shipped to the address in its original packaging and materials with the RGA on the outside of the shipping box that it is being shipping it in. The customer must contact Customer Service with the tracking number of the package that the merchandise is being shipped in. Upon confirmation of the tracking number the return will be processed and exchanged for new merchandise.
Defective merchandise exchange: Should merchandise prove to be defective the customer has 30 days from the day merchandise is received to notify Customer Service. Décor island LLC does not accept responsibility for defective merchandise after 30 days. Within 7 days the customer will be given an RGA number and shipping address where the merchandise will be sent to. Merchandise should then be shipped to the address in its original packaging and materials with the RGA on the outside of the shipping box that it is being shipped in. The customer must contact Customer Service with the tracking number of the package that the merchandise is being shipped in. Upon confirmation of the tracking number, the return will be processed and exchanged for new merchandise. Cross shipping is available. This allows the customer to receive new merchandise before defective merchandise is processed. The customer will be charged for new merchandise and will receive credit when the returned merchandise is processed.
Wrong merchandise received: If the merchandise received is not what was ordered, Customer Service should be notified within 72 hours from the day the merchandise is received. Décor island LLC does not accept responsibility for wrong merchandise after 72 hours. Within 7 days the customer will be given an RGA and shipping address where the merchandise will be sent. Merchandise should then be shipped in its original packaging and materials with the RGA on the outside of the shipping box that it is being shipped in. The customer must contact Customer Service with the tracking number of the package that the merchandise is being shipped in. Upon confirmation of the tracking number, the return will be processed and exchanged for the right merchandise.

CANCELING AN ORDER:
In order to cancel your order you must contact Customer Service in order to obtain a cancellation confirmation, special ordered item can not be cancelled. Any package shipped out and refused may be subject to a restocking fee and non refundable shipping charges.
DAMAGED/ LOST/ MISSING PACKAGE:
In the event that a package shows delivered and you have not received your package, please contact Customer Service so that a tracer investigation can be initiated immediately. Once a tracer investigation has been initiated it may take up to 10 business days to complete. In the event that your product is delivered and damaged in transit, make sure to keep the original shipping box so it can be inspected at a later time. Damaged or misplaced items that were shipped via a freight company may take between 30 - 60 days for claim processing. Prior to shipping; all packages are thoroughly inspected to make sure all contents are included in the box. If you are missing any items from your package it must be reported to Décor Island LLC within 2 business days so an investigation can be initiated. Failure to report a missing item within 2 business days will severely hinder any possible investigation.
Our commitment and goal to our customers is to strive to offer the best possible prices on all of our products. We have an entire purchasing department dedicated to finding the best possible deals for our valued client base. Consequently, due to the nature of the industry the prices on our website fluctuate daily and reflect the lowest price we can possibly offer at that time. If the price on an item goes up after you made your purchase we will honor the lower price that you had initially purchased it at. Subsequently, if the price on an item goes down after you purchased it, we can only offer you the lower price it has been changed to if your package has not yet shipped. Once your package has already shipped, we can no longer offer any price protection.

This agreement, and any dispute, which arises from and out of this Web Site, shall be construed with the laws of the state of New York. Any legal action regarding this agreement or this Web Site shall be brought only in either the State or Federal Courts located within the City of New York, New York and by using this site you consent to personal jurisdiction within these courts.
This agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between you and Décor Island LLC and supersedes any prior oral or written arguments, understandings, or other communications between parties.
