Yes we do ship to Canada
We can and do ship everything from our online catalog to Canada all the time.
Because shipping to Canada costs more, we must charge shipping for all Canadian customers. Our free shipping policy does not apply to shipments going to Canada.
For smaller items, (items that can be shipped via standard UPS such as faucets,) we will ship via UPS. We use UPS freight service for items that are heavier and more delicate and are not allowed to be shipped via regular UPS service.
In general shipments to Canada arrive within 7 to 10 business days.
Because we use UPS, you will always be able to know just where your package is and when it will arrive by using the UPS tracking numbers.
Our web site pricing does not include GST and duty fees which will be charged to you by the appropriate authority. You may call us so that we can help you determine what those fees will be for your order.
We will usually notify you in advance of GST and duty fees for items shipped by freight.
